Do you travel to love or love to travel?
Jackie: I believe travel and love are intertwined. As we explore new places together, our connection deepens and we create unforgettable memories. It’s a very beautiful way to experience the world and each other.
What is your ideal of a lovely travel experience?
Enock: My ideal travel experience involves immersing ourselves in new cultures and landscapes. I love the thrill of exploration, whether it’s discovering hidden gems or experiencing iconic landmarks. Most importantly, it’s about creating lasting memories with her, filled with adventure, relaxation, and shared moments of wonder.
What was your experience on the first travel trip you went on?
Jackie: Our first adventure together unfolded in South Africa in 2017. The trip was a whirlwind of activity, blending a family visit with medical appointments to consult a renowned fertility specialist.
It was a period filled with hope and excitement. Unexpectedly, I had the opportunity to interview Julius Peter Moto, then the Ugandan ambassador to South Africa, live on African Crest Radio.
The broadcast originated from their Johannesburg studio, with a subsequent visit to Link Radio in East London. This incredible experience was made even more special by the fact that it was my first flight. The entire family’s farewell at the airport created a memorable beginning to our journey.
How important is it to go for vacation as a couple?
Enock: Travel is essential for nurturing our relationship. Shared experiences create a treasure trove of memories that can sustain us during challenging times. It’s through these journeys together that we deepen our bond and build a stronger foundation for our future.
How do you connect with your partner while on vacation
Enock: Vacation time is our opportunity to fully immerse ourselves in each other’s company. We love sharing new experiences, from exploring different cultures to simply relaxing together. Open communication, quality time, and a willingness to step outside our comfort zones are key to strengthening our bond while on the road.
How did you come up with the idea of becoming a ‘traveling couple’?
Jackie: Our journey as a traveling couple began in 2016 when we joined a travel club called Worldventures. Through this experience, we discovered the transformative power of travel for countless couples worldwide. Inspired by Gary Vaynerchuk’s ‘Crush It!’, we realized the potential to turn our shared passion into a lifestyle and business. That’s when we decided to build a brand around our love for exploring the world together.”
How important is it to get away to a new destination?
Enock: Exploring new destinations is essential for keeping our relationship fresh and exciting. It’s a chance to disconnect from our routine, reconnect with each other, and create unforgettable memories. New experiences together deepen our bond and provide a much-needed escape from everyday life.
Where does pleasure start or stop and work begins during your travels?
Jackie & Enock: The lines between pleasure and work often blur during our travels. On one hand, we are passionate about exploring new destinations and sharing our experiences with our audience.
That’s the fun part! But there’s also a significant amount of planning, content creation, and business management involved. It’s a constant balancing act between capturing the moment and ensuring our business runs smoothly. Ultimately, we find that the two are intertwined, and the joy of travel fuels our creativity and work ethic.
What are your recommendations for top honeymoon destinations or attractions in Uganda, and why?

Queen Elizabeth National Park offers diverse landscapes, from savannah to lakes, perfect for game drives and romantic boat cruises. If you prefer a more serene atmosphere, Lake Bunyonyi’s stunning islands and tranquil waters create an idyllic escape.
For those seeking adventure, Jinja’s white-water rafting and bungee jumping offer an adrenaline rush. And let’s not forget the luxurious accommodations and world-class spas that many of these destinations offer. Ultimately, the perfect honeymoon depends on your preferences, but Uganda has something to offer every couple.
What are your travel goals?

With Tulifamile Tours, I want to discover new places, learn about different cultures, and make amazing memories with my family. I hope to inspire my kids to be curious and open-minded about the world. With my husband, I want to strengthen our bond through shared adventures. In the end, it’s about growing as a person, building stronger relationships, and creating lasting memories.
What is on your travel wish list?
Enock: While we have explored much of Uganda, Kidepo Valley, Murchison Falls, and Lake Mburo National Parks remain high on our list of places to visit. Our global travel bucket list is extensive, with destinations like the Eiffel Tower, the Maldives, and the Maasai Mara topping the list.
What are your dream destinations?
Jackie: We dream of visiting amazing places filled with history, different cultures, and fun things to do with the kids! We’d love to see:
- The Pyramids of Egypt
- The Colosseum and Vatican City in Rome
- The Great Wall and Forbidden City in China
- The Acropolis and islands of Greece
- The Eiffel Tower and the Maldives
These places are perfect for learning, having adventures, and making great memories as a family.
What makes or breaks your travel experience?
Enock: A successful travel experience hinges on a balance of spontaneity and planning. Authentic local experiences and comfortable accommodations are essential. Of course, good company is always a top priority. On the other hand, unexpected challenges or a lack of respect for local cultures can quickly dampen the spirit of adventure.
