TOORO: The inaugural Ekyooto Ha Mpango Cultural Festival took place in Fort Portal Tourism Firy last weekend, harnessing the city’s cultural, music and sports potential. King Oyo Kabamba Iguru Rukidi the fourth launched the festival at Mucwa Chambers. Some of the big highlights included the Royal Tour that injured a visit to Kibale National Parks, Sempaya Hotsprings, Crater Lakes the a fashion show and concert at Nyaika Hotel, boat races and much more.
